1. About C-Quence

C-Quence is an independent AI consultancy. We provide an AI Opportunity Audit service that helps businesses identify automation opportunities, and we manage the full implementation journey — from audit to go-live — taking complete responsibility for delivery. We work with a vetted network of specialist builders to execute each project, but C-Quence remains your single point of contact and accountability throughout.

2. The Free AI Opportunity Audit

The AI Opportunity Audit is a 30-minute consultation, currently provided free of charge. During the audit, we:

• Map your current business operations to identify automation opportunities
• Provide an independent assessment of where AI could deliver the highest return
• Outline indicative costs, timelines, and recommended approaches

3. Our Delivery Commitment

C-Quence takes full responsibility for your project from audit through to go-live. This means:

• We scope the solution based on the audit findings
• We manage the build process using our vetted specialist network
• We remain your single point of contact throughout delivery
• We do not consider a project complete until the solution is live and working as agreed

If anything is not delivered to the agreed specification, C-Quence will take responsibility for making it right — at no additional cost to you.

4. Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that information provided during audits and in our materials is accurate. However, the AI and automation landscape changes rapidly. We do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or free from error. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and materials — is the property of C-Quence. The audit output delivered to you following a consultation is yours to use and share freely. You may not reproduce or distribute our website content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, C-Quence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or reliance on our audit output. Our total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount paid by you to C-Quence for the relevant service (which, in the case of the free audit, is nil).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
