This policy sets out how refunds are handled across all C-Quence services. Because C-Quence takes full responsibility for delivery from audit through to go-live, all refund matters are handled directly with us — not with any third party.
The audit is provided at no cost. There is no charge, no deposit, and no payment required at any stage of the audit process. Nothing to refund — no action needed.
If C-Quence introduces paid consultancy services, the following refund terms will apply unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase:
For paid implementation projects, C-Quence takes full responsibility for delivery. If a project is not delivered to the agreed specification, we will either fix it at no additional cost or issue an appropriate refund. The following terms apply:
To request a refund for any paid C-Quence service, email auditor@cquence.tech with your name, the service purchased, the date of payment, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
