Refund Policy

Overview

C-Quence currently offers its AI Opportunity Audit free of charge. As no payment is required to access this service, there is nothing to refund in respect of the audit itself.

This policy sets out how refunds are handled across all C-Quence services. Because C-Quence takes full responsibility for delivery from audit through to go-live, all refund matters are handled directly with us — not with any third party.

Free AI Opportunity Audit

The audit is provided at no cost. There is no charge, no deposit, and no payment required at any stage of the audit process. Nothing to refund — no action needed.

Future Paid Services

If C-Quence introduces paid consultancy services, the following refund terms will apply unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase:

  • Within 48 hours of payment — full refund, no questions asked
  • After 48 hours, before work begins — full refund minus any reasonable administrative costs
  • After work has begun — a proportional refund based on work completed may be offered at our discretion
  • After delivery — no refund once a deliverable has been provided and accepted

Implementation Projects

For paid implementation projects, C-Quence takes full responsibility for delivery. If a project is not delivered to the agreed specification, we will either fix it at no additional cost or issue an appropriate refund. The following terms apply:

  • Project not started — full refund, no questions asked
  • Project underway but not delivered — proportional refund based on work not completed
  • Project delivered but not to specification — we will remedy the issue at our cost, or agree a partial refund
  • Project delivered and accepted as live — no refund after client sign-off on go-live
C-Quence remains your single point of accountability throughout the project. You will never be directed to a third party to resolve a delivery or refund issue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any paid C-Quence service, email auditor@cquence.tech with your name, the service purchased, the date of payment, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
