Yes. Maintenance starts at ₹750 a month for the web-only plan and ₹1,500 a month for the complete plan, and it is required for as long as the app is live. It covers cloud hosting, database backups, security patching, iOS and Android OS-update compatibility, store re-submissions and support.

We would rather state this plainly than advertise a one-time price and surprise you later. Even including five years of maintenance, the complete plan totals ₹1,80,500 — against ₹10,80,000 for a ₹18,000-a-month subscription over the same period.

You do. The App Store and Play Store listings are published under your clinic's name, the cloud account is yours and the credentials stay with you — we hold no master key to your patient records. Your data can be exported in full, in standard formats, at any time and without asking us first.

The application source stays with Cquence under a perpetual licence to your clinic, which is what keeps the build price at ₹90,500 instead of a full custom-development quote. If you ever want the code itself, a source hand-over is available as a one-time buy-out — ask us for the figure during your demo.

Either way there is no lock-in. Your apps, your listings, your cloud and your data remain yours whatever you decide.

No. Zero commission, on everything — appointments, aftercare products, pharmacy items, consults and annual care plans. Payments settle directly into your own payment gateway account. This is the single biggest difference between owning Nova and renting a platform: on a subscription platform, the busier you get, the more you pay.

Under six weeks from kickoff, in three phases: build and branding, then store submission and review, then handover and staff training. Apple and Google review times are outside our control, which is why we start the store account setup in week one rather than at the end.

You export your data, and the apps stay published under your clinic's name. What stops is our hosting, support and updates — so you would either move the app to your own infrastructure or to another vendor. Nothing disappears, and nothing is held hostage. Compare that to a subscription platform, where cancelling deletes your patient list.

Your cloud instance is provisioned in an Indian region by default, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based staff access and audit logging — the controls you need under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Consent capture for appointment reminders and marketing messages is built into the patient app.

Yes. The owner console handles multiple branches under one login, with per-branch revenue, chair utilisation, staff rosters and a shared patient record so a patient treated at one branch is recognised at another. Branch count does not change the build price.

The full Nova patient experience — booking, store, memberships, promotions — plus the admin console, delivered as a fast web app on your own domain, which patients open from a link and can save to their home screen. What it does not include is a native iOS or Android listing on the App Store or Play Store. It is the right starting point for a single-chair or new practice, and it upgrades to the complete plan later.

₹2,49,000 is what this scope costs as a one-off custom build. Nova is a dental-specific product we have already built, so each clinic is a configuration and branding exercise rather than a project from zero — and we pass that saving on. We onboard six clinics a month so that every build gets proper attention, so the rate holds only while seats are open in the current month.
